The Salvo fair TRADE MORNING is on Friday 30th June 2006 from 8am to 12pm Noon
Why is there a trade morning this year?
Last year the fair was too busy on the Saturday and Sunday for the trade to have a chance to visit each other's stands, and for visiting dealers to have leisurely conversation with exhibitors, so this year the fair has an extra day and is only open to the trade on the Friday morning. We hope that a hundred UK dealers may visit, and we have been phoned by a few US and other overseas dealers who may also visit. On Friday afternoon the fair is open to CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS
How do I get a ticket for the TRADE MORNING?
Tickets are available from Salvo at a cost of £10 each. Anyone requesting a ticket who is not a dealer known to Salvo will be asked for proof of ID or a reference. A complimentary ticket will be sent to Salvo Code deolers and SalvoNEWS subscribers. Exhibitors will also be given complimentary tickets.
NOTE: The fair is open to construction professionals on the afternoon of Friday 30th June. Only the Salvo Fair will be open at Knebworth on this Friday, none of Knebworth's other facilities will be open.

TALKS & WORKSHOPS

11.00am - 11.15am Salvo stand: 'How dealers use SalvoWEB' talk by Boz Kay, Thornton Kay and Ruby Kay
11.30am - 11.45am James Rylands and Extreme Architecture: The Square Mile Project
Mr. Rylands, Sotheby's architectural and garden specialist, will give a talk about the range of materials available for sale, the buildings involved, the type of client who may be interested, and the proposed break-up of the ensemble if a single client is not forthcoming. Dennis Buggins of Extreme Architecture will also be in attendance.
TRADE EVENING: 7pm - 10pm Hog Roast at The Green Man for exhibitors, trade and friends. For those wishing to adjourn earlier, the Green Man will be open all day.
